Are the ceremony and the reception at the same location?
Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Longan's place
What time will the ceremony start ?
Our ceremony will begin between 7:45- 8:00 pm, timed perfectly to say our vows as the sun sets.
What time do I have to arrive?
We are asking all our guest to arrive by 7:00pm
Are there room blocks?
Yes! Check out our travel section to reserve your room block. Remeber first come first serve!
Is there going to be transportation from the hotel to the venue?
Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from The Best Western before and after the wedding. Please note, however, that transportation will not be available for those attending the after party.
Is there valet parking?
Yes. There will be free valet parking if you choose to drive. Please DO NOT drink and drive!
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly request that only those listed on your invitation attend the wedding, as we wish to keep the celebration as intimate as possible.
Can I bring my kids?
In order to keep our wedding celebration intimate and enjoyable for all, we kindly request that no children attend, with the exception of those in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Is there an after party?
Yes. The after party will take place at the venue for an additional two hours following the wedding.
Will there be cocktail a cocktail hour?
Yes, there will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony, where you can enjoy drinks and light appetizers while mingling and celebrating before the reception begins
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 7th either through our website or by mailing back the pre-stamped envelope.
Is there a dress code?
We kindly request that guests wear formal attire to help us create an elegant and celebratory atmosphere for our special day. Thank you for helping us set the tone!
Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
